This workshop is enhanced by thoughtful discussion of certain key elements of the novel writing process such as plotting, setting, character, style, and rewriting. In each class we both critically discuss one or two student manuscripts and discuss a central element of the craft of writing fiction. Students may choose to submit their work for critical feedback or may simply participate in the class discussions.
