2797 Venture Commercialization: An Entrepreneur's Guide to Open-Innovation, Business Planning and Cost-Efficient R&D Strategies

Course Details

Venture Commercialization is designed with the innovator-entrepreneur in mind. Not all entrepreneurs are created equal, nor are all businesses the same. This unique one-day seminar will focus on building a personally-tailored business plan for start-ups, enterprising garage businesses and other potentially dot-com/biotech- bubble-busting enterprises. By the end of the day the participant will have created a customized business plan, and developed strategies that can cut R&D and prototyping budgets by 60% or more.
