Course Details

• This course primarily uses case studies to analyze, strategize, and deliver management solutions to real eBusiness/eCommerce challenges. The goal is to get students to look at common eBusiness/ eCommerce problems from a broader management perspective, rather than a more narrowly focused specialist perspective. In addition, the course covers eCommerce / eBusiness management processes and metrics and common challenges of staffing and managing an eBusiness/ eCommerce team.
 
• Provides conceptual and practical education for eCommerce / eBusiness managers
