Course Details

If your goal is to achieve the internationally recognized Project Management Professional (PMP) designation, this is the course to take. Our intensive, in-depth course covers in detail the Project Management Institute's (PMI) Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) in detail and prepares you to write the rigorous PMP exam. You will gain the necessary knowledge and confidence to pass the first time.

Our intensive in-class sessions combine:

  • a strict focus on the PMI's assigned readings
  • an overview of the PMBOK
  • a breakdown of the five project management process groups
  • a breakdown of the nine knowledge areas
  • numerous worksheets, formula sheets and study games
  • a benchmark and baseline exam process

    The School of Continuing Studies is so committed to your success and confident that you will pass the PMP Exam that we offer the following promise:

    Upon completion of this course, if you write the PMP Exam and do not pass, you may attend the School's next session of SCS 1527 Passing the PMP Certification Exam at no additional tuition charge. A $500 fee will be applied for materials and administrative costs.

    This course qualifies for 42 professional development units (PDUs).
