Course Description
Project management is critical for organizations looking to stay competitive, profitable and forward-facing. In this accelerated micro course you’ll learn how to successfully plan projects to deliver value to your organization and its stakeholder, regardless of your industry. You’ll come away knowing the fundamental practices needed to get results and achieve excellence in project planning.
