Course Description
Need to know how the strategic aspect of management information systems can maximize organizational capabilities and enable you to achieve your business goals? In this course, you’ll learn how management information systems are selected, designed, managed and monitored to facilitate the information required to run successful organizations. You will learn how you can use enterprise resource planning systems to eliminate the barrier of ineffective collaboration among functions and highlight the impact on organizational design and management. You’ll come away knowing more about the infrastructures and business processes of information technology and how to make effective decisions for your organization.
