Course Description
Successful organizations foresee and manage emerging risks, whether resulting from inadequate or failed processes or systems, incompetence or external events. This course examines the internal controls that equip an organization to handle operational risks. It will help you identify and assess risks and analyze how best to deal with them. You'll take part in practical discussions on applying risk management strategies and setting up effective frameworks to make sure your organization is ready.
