Course Description

Suppose you developed and implemented an innovative solution to an internal problem. Can you do it again? Can you leverage what you've learned so that your organization systematically innovates? In this course, you will learn how to create an organization that internalizes and sustains innovation. You'll learn from the success of the most innovative companies and individuals how to create an environment that supports innovation.
