Course Description

As the speed of change accelerates, organizations need product managers and owners who can develop and manage products that create value for customers. In fact, project managers, business analysts, and business owners are well-positioned to move into in-demand product manager positions. This micro course will equip you with practical techniques for iterative planning, product development, change management, quality improvement, and on-time delivery using real-life examples and exercises.
