Tom’s consulting career began at Deloitte's in London where he pioneered the business modeling of stock replenishment systems and improved processes for large retail clients. At Digital Equipment (DEC), he led business analysis projects and managed the implementation of pilot systems for global messaging. As Managing Director, Tennessee Associates Canadian office, Tom was lead consultant on various process re-engineering projects for Fortune 500 companies in the USA. An exceptional business analyst, Tom was a volunteer writer for International Institute of Business Analysis’ (IIBA) update of its body of knowledge BABOK v3.
