4147 - CliftonStrengths Workshop
Course Description
Developed by The Gallup Organization, the CliftonStrengths assessment is a performance-based tool that builds self-awareness and strength. Unlike personality tests, the CliftonStrengths assessment goes beyond general definitions of your personal traits and digs into how specific strengths can be cultivated and used to enhance your career. This asset-based approach can empower you to understand your strengths and how to apply them to meet your personal and professional goals.
This 2-part program will include a workshop facilitated by a CliftonStrengths coach and will also provide you with a 1:1 coaching session where you can dive deeper into your strengths and come up with an action plan for navigating your career journey.
