Ann has a Bachelor of Arts degree, a Bachelor of Social Work degree, a Master of Social Work and is a registered social worker. She is a trained CliftonStrengths Coach, a Design Your Life Coach and is MBTI certified. She has over 20 years of experience providing expert career advice and support in the social and community services sector, the for-profit sector and in post-secondary settings. As the Career Strategist at the University of Toronto's School of Continuing Studies, she helps job seekers achieve their career goals using a strengths-based approach. Ann is skilled at using her counselling, case management, advocacy, and workshop facilitation skills to support and enhance the career services visibility and impact. Her impressive track record of helping job seekers is fueled by her passion of problem solving in the ever-competitive labour market.
