Course Description

Authentic leaders know the best solutions to business problems require a solid grounding in data as well as a human perspective. In this course, you’ll enhance your ability to frame and present proposals and business solutions with confidence and clear purpose. You’ll learn how to get buy-in from management using compelling forms of fact-based communications, including business cases, risk assessments and cost-benefit analyses. You’ll develop greater skills in critical thinking, data-driven decision making and digital presentation appropriate to target audiences.

Within 4-6 weeks of successfully completing this course, you will receive your micro-credential indicating achievement of the outlined learning outcomes and competencies/skills. Micro-credentials are tamper proof, verifiable, blockchain-based and 100% digital. They can be shared on social media, including LinkedIn and Facebook, embedded in websites or downloaded as PDFs.
