
Claude Sam Foh is an enterprise architect, educator, and IT governance leader with more than 32 years of experience in business transformation and technology modernization. He previously served as Chief Enterprise Architect and Chief Information Security Officer for the Ontario Government and the Financial Services Commission of Ontario. Claude’s expertise includes enterprise architecture, governance and risk management, information security, privacy, service management, and agile and SecDevOps practices. He has designed and taught courses in cloud computing, cybersecurity, DevOps, business continuity and disaster recovery, systems analysis, ERP, and IT project management. Known for his engaging and practical teaching style, Claude helps learners develop strategic thinking and apply knowledge effectively in the workplace. He teaches at the University of Toronto School of Continuing Studies and other post secondary institutions across the GTA.
