Course Description
If you’re the type of leader who wants to inspire your team and set them up for greater success, this course is for you. You’ll learn how to challenge old paradigms, foster inclusiveness, leverage the strengths of a diverse workforce, and maximize talent. You’ll acquire tangible strategies that help you work effectively with cross-functional teams. You’ll generate personalized, purpose-driven goals; provide opportunities for creative freedom; modify cultural elements to cultivate influencers and allies; and appraise outcomes based on strategic objectives.
Within 4-6 weeks of successfully completing this course, you will receive your micro-credential indicating achievement of the outlined learning outcomes and competencies/skills. Micro-credentials are tamper proof, verifiable, blockchain-based and 100% digital. They can be shared on social media, including LinkedIn and Facebook, embedded in websites or downloaded as PDFs.
